ROLE PURPOSE
Be responsible for overseas staff welfare and overall running of a large campsite ensuring the best possible standards of customer care at all times, thereby achieving the customer satisfaction levels detailed in the Operations Departmental Aim.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in coordinating and supervising montage and demontage of all accommodation, storage and specialist units

Take responsibility for the welfare and performance of all staff ensuring that they are appropriately trained and developed throughout the season and by carrying out regular performance monitoring.

Ensure that staff maintain all units (customer and staff) to a high standard throughout the season thereby upholding the correct Company Image in the field.

Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with all Camp Proprietors and campsite staff thus ensuring the smooth running of the Canvas operation on site. Regular communication must be maintained throughout the season with staff, campsite owners and the Operations Department.

Ensure that all administration tasks (e.g. Safety Questionnaires, Site Visit Forms, Staff Assessments and Appraisals, Demo paperwork) are completed accurately and on time.

With the aid of Safety Questionnaires and Safety Defect Report Forms, monitor the quality of campsite facilities, identifying any problem areas and immediately reporting them to the appropriate personnel.

Ensure appropriate Company Image is being reflected at all times, ensuring correct uniform is worn by all staff on site at correct times and that, guidelines regarding corporate identity, dress code & alcohol code are rigorously upheld.

Monitor quality of product on site, ensuring customers receives the best quality equipment available within budgetary and logistical constraints.

Monitor all expenditure within a certain geographical area, ensuring it is accounted for by means of appropriate receipts, reports and accounts.

Work in a flexible manner at all times in order to achieve the overall aims of the company.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO FULFILL JOB ROLE

At least 1 year’s driving experience – required to be over 21
