The role of area trainer is unlike that of any other that we offer.

The season is spent in one of our busier resorts working closely with the local area manager ensuring that the teams in the area receive the best possible onsite training and development and thus receive higher levels of feedback from customers.

This position really needs someone with a real passion for the job and a genuine desire for passing on their experiences, the position also offers the opportunity to get stuck in and get involved with on site duties and is ideal for someone looking to progress on to area manager positions
